For years people have been led to believe that anxiety is a thing to be avoided, however we need anxiety in our lives in order for us to perform at our best. This programme helps you to understand exactly how to harness the value of anxiety and understand how to keep it in the sweet spot of high performance.
Interactive Workshop Friday 15 July 1.30 – 4.30 pm
This workshop is focused on the relationship between your belief systems and where anxiety comes from for each of the quadrants. At the conclusion of this programme individuals will learn how to:
- Recognising our own anxiety sweet spot for high performance
- Recognising how trauma and an anxious brain ends up processing the world as a result
- How to regulate emotions and remain present in a green brain state, so staying in our anxiety sweet spot
During the workshop individuals will identify and tailor tools to suit their individual needs, building their own toolbox for different situations. Skills development during this workshop will start building confidence with new tools and information.
Individuals also pick one key skill to work on in the coming weeks.
